SNOWSTORM is a Coed Scout Event for scouts 14 and over.  Our event is held always on the Sat. before Martin Luther King's Celebration (The event is at my school and if we have any building problems, I have an extra day to get it fixed this way!)  We have events in compass reading, knots, scooter obstacle course, lifejacket relay, Biathlon (archery and running), sled pull, snow tugs of war, snow shoeing, snow sculpting, drilling and maneuvering, a dinner and a dance.  It is our 7th year this coming January and we invite all to attend.  We also have overnight accommodations in the school.  We begin about 8:00am with registration on Sat., January 15th and end officially with the dance about 11:30pm.  Overnighters leave before noon on Sunday.  Check out our website at www.angelfire.com/il3/snowstorm/index.html
